He said his friend is selling it, not him. Its possible he doesn't know??

Anyway if I had to take a guess, i would say Cy£300K +

Hope you can afford it.

What is not so clear if it has direct road access though?? If not the price if drop considerably.

Anyway good luck with the sale.

why would he sell it if he doesnt know the price ? anyway even if it was a bargain you've just changed his mind on what the going value should be !

my bank manager in Limassol reckons there is going to be the mother of all property crashes within the next 2 years

i dont know, but his credentials are good - he has a phd in economics and used to work for one of the big wall street banks

maybe we'll wait and see

Can he please give me the 6 lottory numbers for this evening then. I could do with some sound financial advice.

What will happen in 2 years time is anyones guess. And I can tell you they are all guessing right now. We should have had our bubble burst 2 years ago, but we still pay 20% more for properties. Of course it can't go on at this rate, but we will have to wait and see.

I wait those numbers.

I don't know how much the plot's being sold for - contact details are in the pdf file.

I know that recently 30 donums of land were sold for £30,000,000 - but I don't think he's asking that much :)

Yes - it has a direct access road - you can see it on the Google Earth image.

I suggested to him that he contacted some property developers.
