Bill, where's Frenaros? 120 sq metres isn't that big for a detached house unless that's only ground floor

Jchester more pics please

The price quoted is in error I am sure, probabley ment 210,000 euros.

Frenaros is in the famagustea district just outside Paralimni.

120m is of the kind of size that properties are getting built for the foreign market.

It is not big, but there are much smaller places too.

Cheers

As Pantheman points out it's the average size for a property built for the foreign market.

If you split the 120 sq m up to 60 sq m down stairs and 60 up stairs it's small but livable and it's perhaps just a bit bigger than your average urban development property in the UK ie Milton Keynes etc ~ probably just about the right size for the holiday home market as they are only there for a short period of the year .
Freneros was a nice village but it's slowly being encased in concrete for the holiday home market like most area's in Cyprus.

And again as Pantheman states there are smaller places with postage stamp sized plots where you walk out of the back door and within 3 ft you hit the boundary wall ~ how depressing can that be ~ I think the term rabbit hutches springs to mind.

Oh Dear another MK basher Bill? And how long did you live there.
We lived in Bletchley (wife born in the village of Milton keynes) and apart from the old terraced railway workers houses in Wolverton most of the houses there are quite varied (including new ones) and have more space than whats being built into the rabbit warrens here. its the same as most places - you get what you pay for (except again maybe here) we lived in new and old properties there (previously i lived in Kensington till 66) last house before moving here was a non estate 3 bed semi with 33mtr back garden, seperate garage and workshed, parking on drive for 4 cars, 2 ponds,a greenhouse,4 fruit trees and a 5mtr front garden. (if i could load a picture up on here of it i would.) And there are brand new properties being built now that have similar space. And before you ask we moved because we didnt like being robbed by the state, and the weather doenst compare :D
