Life continues and will not stop for anyone or anything. Unless people are given other alternaitves for making money eg ease on embargoes the use of GC land will continue, the laws have not changed, once they do then people will stop.

The Roc will not pay a cent coz the tcs do not own any land in the RoC...they signed it away to the pseudo authorities...you seemed to forget this little point...and if they want their land back, all they have to do is walk accross, demonstrate they ain't double dipping and they got it...

Why are TC's taking cases to ECHR when they are the ones that turned their back on their country. ROC is not stopping TC's from reclaiming their land it's the Turks.

Listen Mr Boomerang I'm sure I speak for many GC's I have no problem with TC's returning to their homes if they want.

It's your land not ours but the Turks will not allow this. Imagine TC's living side by side with GC's how will Turkey justify their occupation then?

You see my small minded freind TC's & GC's can live together as we have proved in London. My closest friend is a TC and he has been to cyprus with me on many occasions and he has never been harmed by any GC's.

The claim by the Turkish side that the Republic of Cyprus has imposed an economic ban, the so-called “embargo”, upon the Turkish Cypriot community living in occupied Cyprus, is imaginary and groundless. The authorities of the Cyprus Republic do not possess the means neither to impose a naval ban nor to force aircrafts, carrying passengers and goods to the occupied areas, to land at Larnaca airport.
If there is an obstruction to the economic transactions with the occupied areas, this is due to the fact that the Turkish Cypriots have unilaterally proclaimed a “state”, which was declared legally invalid by the UN Security Council, through resolutions 541 (1983) and 550 (1984).

Any possible use by international traffic, of the illegally operating airports, such as “ERCAN” (TYMBOU), violates International law, U.N. Security Council resolutions, E.U. positions and contravenes the ICAO and the EUROCONTROL Conventions, and their respective norms, standards, procedures and recommended practices.

Its what you are forcing us to do in order to get back our property back that is the problem, plus selling our lands without asking or paying compensation. See you in court, the first one is 50 donums in Limasol, time the "RoC" start to answer (dance) for their discriminative actions.
