..did anyone feel it just now (11.20) in Paphos region?

The BIGGEST one I've ever known...

Very loud & hard here in Gerospikou!!!

Now have to wait for the after shocks.................................

Yep rattled the windows in Emba, could be after shocks from the recorded one announced at 0403 this morning which was 3.4 and 35km offshore of the west coast.

It felt more like an explosion then an earthquake.

I don't doubt these figures, but the one at 11:15 sounded more like an explosion. I have experiance a few earthquakes in my time and this was different. It reminded me of the Turkish air bombings of Pyroi and once also experianced this type of noise by some subsonic aircraft.

According to the news the Brits were playing sound barrier games with a fighter jet over Paphos... :roll:
