Many thanks from Catalunya where Sant Jordi (as we call it) is one of our major festivitys and also our lover's day.
Here the mans give the ladies a rose as a proof of love and ladies buy a book to the mans as the same.

Don't forget as well as Catalan ... Portugal is also celebrating St. George's day.

No exclusivity! :D

..... and of course Cyprus and Greece celebrate every saint going

So Happy Name Day to all the Greek, Cypriot and other George's of the World!

Not in England Phoenix, as you should be well aware, we celebrate and offer blessings to all special days. We are a trully multi cultural society, where minorities can celebrate and have an equal say.

Good boy, I am sure you do all things right by all peoples.

But I was just mitigating Bubble's exclusively "England" post out of politeness to the others.

No sorry Phoenix, we are well aware it was another veiled dig at Bubbles, and your hatred for the English.
It would be nice just for ONCE to just be polite and maybe say Happy... or words to that effect.

Has our friend Ken Livingstone allowed St Georges flags to be displayed on public buildings this year ?
