Looks like handbags at dawn on here again. :lol: :lol: :lol:

I take everyone knew that St George was born in Turkey (it wasn't Turkey then so he's not Turkish I suppose) of Palestinian parents

But yes like good old Saint Nicholas ... born in what is currently recognized by some as "Turkey" .....

Palestinian is fine ..... as was the fact that it was some Roman Emperor that wanted George silenced!
