Happy St. George's Day

Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

Postby Oracle » Wed Apr 23, 2008 3:42 pm

Here we go again.

Were did I state anything anti-English.

I merely added the other countries which are also celebrating this same day.

The poster from Catalan did the same before me and I was in fact replying to that.

However it seems Bubbles and purdey are just passing the time waiting for me to post anything they can jump on ... even though there was not the slightest hint of anything anti-English in its content.

I urge anyone to follow this thread from the start and witness the sad pathetic development from the moment purdey stepped and wound up his double act Bubbles ... only now to complete the threesome with Bill who cannot resist.

Chat amongst yourselves ... in your cuckoo nests, you have nothing novel to interest me....

Happy St Georges day Bubbles , although I must say I am a little disapointed that he didn't rid the world of ALL the dragons did he? There's still one lurking around this forum

Phoenix, this is the last one on this thread for me. Deviation from topic on forum is common place. Everybody does it including the two of us. I highlighted your comment, as I believed your post was a distraction from wishing the English a happy St Georges Day.
Harbouring negative thoughts is there for all to see, as I do not know you personally I can only go by what is written. Yes, I am man enough to admit I may have pre judged your intention, and will offer my appologies.
I will however challenge anything on forum I do not agree with, and if it upsets some people, I appologise now.
I see you added a further post, this time I will rest.

FACT:I read your original post and yes, I did wonder if you were having a dig at me. (Would not be a first!)

FACT: I only responded after your sarcastic comments about me omitting the rest of the world!

FACT: I omitted nothing - It is my country's day!

FACT: I am not aware of what others will post

Please re-read the posts yourself for clarity and cease with the back biting and name calling all the time. Tough if it is not going your way for once.
GROW UP WOMAN!

I do believe I'm the one you mentioned as "The Catalan". In fact I'm and I'm VERY PROUD OF IT but when I post early this morning it was only to thank the one who starts the thread. I state that St George is also our saints day but not in my aim to offend anyone, I was only sharing the feeling of the Brits and reciprocating them.
If all this polemic has started because of my post, i'm sorry, but I thought I was acting polite nothing more, and I really cannot understand how it all has come tho this

Don't pay any attention to that little sock-puppet from the so-called "RoC", she does anything and everything to attract attention to herself to brighten up her boring days. That's why she spends the whole day in front of her PC posting around 40 posts A DAY of racism and absolute rubbish.

No you are right to remind everyone that everything is not English.

I thought you did well and I joined in with the other countries which also celebrate this day.
I too did not realise they would claim it as their own and go on the offensive.

Do not let them scare you off, you did the right thing.

St George's Day is not just for the English ... no matter how much they scream that it is (they are "racists" in denial!).

St George's Day is for everyone called George! :D
