The Applicant must be fully conversant with each of the following:

PHP
ASP
XML
MySQL
Perl
CGI
Flash
Dreamweaver CS
Adobe Photoshop CS
Illustrator CS

You should also have excellent knowledge of both UNIX and Windows operating systems.

I hear the salary is around €1200 - €1800pm depending on skills & experience.

Why you need PHP and ASP and Perl? Most developers will be good in one of them not all. And most developers are not very good designers!

I'm only the "messenger" - I've absolutely no idea! If I did, they would be employing me and not someone else

But I think now, we need a Designer - the Developer position is filled.

Still think they are looking for an SEO though.

That's really stupid to ask for someone to be FULLY conversant in both developing and design.
And 1200 - 1800 euro for EACH, not both, cause there are two positions you are talking about, is really NOT TOO MUCH.
