Eric , this guy Get Real is only jealous about how the TCs are expanding their numbers from the same sources as their ancestors . The GCs , however , seem to be happy to be prostituting themselves with anybody and everybody that has some money. Russians , Arabs etc etc , they are all welcome in the ROC. The original “Turkish Cypriots”, that is those that arrived on Cyprus between 1571 and 1923, are actually Ottoman Cypriots and have no relation to modern Turkey. Ottoman Cypriots originated from any one of the locations covered by the vast Ottoman Empire so take your pick from this map to indicate your family’s ancestors…

How would you know where my ancestors came from ? For your info they originated mostly from Anatolia plus a few from Azerbaijan. You , on the other hand , have no idea of your origins . We all know that the Greeks are a bastardized ( sorry , meant to say a melting pot mixture ) people from the many Balkan nations.
