I'm curious about the current weather in Larnaca area at the moment (see time and date above).
Cyprus meteo say it is hot (26 degs) and sunny today with only 10% chance of rain, but the webcam shows it absolutely p*ssing down and dull as heck.
Anyone know the truth?

No, I'm serious. It's not important to my wellbeing or anything, it's just I was really curious as to why I saw 2 conflicting reports, so in the interest of putting the record straight I thought I'd ask

xy, we had a dust cloud over cyprus for th past couple days so thats why the weather may seem dull. actually, it looks a bit cloudy, not dull. the dust is going to be blown away today and the sun is going to shine again:) temp in limassl yesterday was in the high 20s low 30s but is expected to drop to mid-low 20s when the dust cloud is gone

Another hot and sunny day in Limassol - though not as hot as yesterday thank goodness!! Judging by my runny nose and itchy eyes the pollen is high today Huh!

Thanks to all for replying. My appetite for this knowledge has now been satisfied.
I think when I thought it was wet there I was slightly gloating in the fact that we had the same here. Now it's gone from p*ssing down to p*ssed me off. I'm jealous. Can't wait for my hols now.
Anyone want a gardener/odd-job man/barkeeper/pool attendant/lifeguard/plaything? I'll do anything to be in the sun!!!
