I came across another Paphos forum which seems quite new - you may like to check in there too. It looks like quite a useful source of info. You may get some ideas from there.

The best place to go for a night out in Paphos is definately Barstreet with a wide range of bars for people of all ages.

I agree, it is one of the better tourist orientated restaurants but there are some great eating places if you go a little out of Paphos centre.
