What question?

IMHO, right up there with GWB.
You got the "who said it" right filitsa but you didn't answer the "to whom" or the "why" parts of the question.
Well, Eric dayi, suffice it to say that, if I know who said it, I also know to whom and why. And by the way, judging from your first post in this thread, you seem to have discounted the notion that a Greek-Cypriot-American would most likely know the answers.

Unlike some of your GC comrades I do not have a crystal ball and have no way of knowing who you are, what you are or what you know. So, instead of trying to make excuses why don't you just answer the questions to convince me that you do know the answers?
Or are you afraid of the answers?
PS: When taking an exam in school/collage/University teachers/examiners are not expected assume you know the answers because of who/what or where you come from, they judge and give points on the answers you write down on the exam paper.
