I did ut it in inverted commas. I thought perhaps nthere were some people who did not know what shreaded wheat was.

Eat the stuff and enjoy. In the end I did post the recipe. I suppose Kellogs invented Kadaifi too. Did you know Kellogs were Turkish. He was the 'son of Kelloglan'.

 ... okay! Just clarifying for Bubbles. I know that you know what it is.

His name was Kellogeropoulos, by the way.

Do you/your wife have a good recipe for Ekmek? I have a box of kataifi in the freezer ... waiting for the right occassion. If I make it just because I want to, then I'll eat the whole damn thing myself.

... Anticipating yet another rainstorm here. The weather has been most bizarre this summer. ... Hope you get to enjoy the sun while it lasts.

No one wants to play off of NGSOB?

observing.....................

'Ekmek' by itself means Psumi/bread.

If you mean 'Ekmek Kadaifi' bread pudding, you can try this recipe:

Worth watching:

I hope yu understand Greek well.

Personally I hate the 'Ekmek Kadaifi'.

Do you worry about your figure?

Bon Apetit.

or as GR says..............Titepa Nob. He is a bit backward you see.
