I have a 3 bedroom flat located in Pano Paphos. It is fully furnished.

But I would like a couple of roommates. I prefer female roommates, as I am female, but guys would be an option

The reason why I'm looking for roommates is that the cost of the rent is a little expensive for me as I also would like to do a few courses now.

Cost would be EUR140 for a room (per month) the bills, eg electricity will be shared amoungst all.

I prefer a quiet person, non smoker. It may be necessary to have your own transport as the Harbour is quite a distance.

Hi i might have a young lad who would be interested. He 24 but a smoker , but he never smokes indoors as his mum would kick his butt. He a very good bloke, he not messy, quite the opposite i think he got that disorder where he has to clean everything He more like a woman to be honest, not gay either .

I know he is looking for a place, so if you want him to ring you let me know, he might have got somewhere now, but i ask him tomorrow, that if you want him.

Thanks for your help. I doubt the actual practical living with 2 girls is actually as fun as you would imagine
neither of us are ever home anyhow..

Tomorow I have the day off, so anytime is ok. Monday after 5 (pm) would be perfect.

We only got 1 shower/bath though
