TALAT WINS BUT WILL IT BRING SOLUTION

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

In short there are only words with no actions! Believe me If anyone takes seriously what is happening in politics he/she will most probable get mad or end up in a clinic!

"The 18th Congress declares that AKEL is going to continue uncompromisingly the struggle against nationalism and chauvinism considering this struggle to be an outmost patriotic task. We shall continue to struggle for the development of feelings of friendship and mutual respect between the two communities and the promotion of cooperation between them. We shall continue promoting the common elements that unite us as Cypriots, being absolutely convinced that this is not in contradiction nor in conflict with the national origin of each community."

Quote from AKEL 18th Congress Political Resolution, 1995

About time Christofias  started living up to these fine words and persuaded his 'junior' partner TPap to engage in such a struggle.

Sadly I think you're right Bro'

But if you look at that declaration, Christofias  , as the driving force behind the government should be forcing his hand somewhat... I guess it's just politically convenient for AKEL to have the problem resting on someone else's shoulders, if they were at the fore, they might actually have to live up to their high declared principles.

Talat will be of historical consequence if he supports the rights of refugees to return to Kyrenia. Otherwise a fart in the ocean.
