The protester was a pro peace protestor. The sign he was carrying stated that GC=TC in Greek. He did nothing illegal.
Why in Greek? Why not in Turkish so that the TCs/Turks can understand what the poster said?Therefore there was no need for him to be stopped by GC police.
If the GC border police or indeed the GC authorities didn't want to start any trouble they would have stopped him.
