But it would make sense for those who come to start learning some Turkish too since you would be surrounded by us, or simply out of courtesy

...and who knows, maybe 100 years from now, a new language will emerge from the fusion of Greek and Turkish called Cypriesh! :lol:

The Cy dialect does contain loads of turkish words so we may speak a bit of Turkish without knowing it.
