LEDRA/LOKMACI OPENS AFTER NEARLY 50 YEARS

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

is this some of the human rights abuses u r refering 2?

What I mean is that the human rights argument, when used by a state for justifying invasion, is almost always flakey. Governments rarely give a shit about their people so for Turkey to say they invaded under humanitarian grounds is like the same BS excuse Britain and America tried on us with Iraq. The people who make the decisions to go to war do not think in such an altruistic way!

Therefore we should look at the situations such policies cause and tackle the injustices (e.g 'ethnic cleansing', stolen property, missing persons etc) regardless of race. This may come across as being 'idealistic' in my idea below, but there is no other way for justice to be achieved. You're probably not going to stop racist abuse in a society, but you can have stronger systems for dealing with such issues and probably not be able to get away with invading and occupying a sovereign nation on humanitarian grounds.

I said:
Cyprus should be an independent island with no discrimination against any ethnic groups.
