In reality it is just another crossing that has opened - bands playing / people hugging but give it a few days and its old news.

Just a little bit more convenient crossing by foot here than at Ledra Palace.

More crossings will open but the real work is working out a acceptable settlement that both sides can agree on. A long and difficult path - not a short piece of road in Lefkosa.

Good News Bananiot, people from both sides had lost all hope of a solution but today saw that where there is a will there is a way, Papacrap and no will so there was noway anything was going to happen. Those that supported many of which are on this forum should cringe in disgust at their stupidity for support such a loser.

Are you saying that now with Christofias you will give back what you stole, our country will be liberated from the Turkish occupation, and we will have our human and democratic back? If that happens then I will admit whatever you want.

But my guess is this: That you will accept nothing better than partition or disguised partition of the kind of Annan plan regardless of who we elect as president. We have elected 5 different presidents so far and the occupation is still there because you insist that the north part of our country is Turkish and you demand to gain land and power on our loss.

There is only one way to prove me wrong Viewpoint, and that is not opening gates so more money can flow to you, while we get nothing from what you stole from us and our country remains under illegal occupation.
