Skyscrpr - reckon you may have gone about this all wrong fella. Considering how much cash etc. (hmmmm) your company has invested I'm surprised your 'organisation' isn't already aware of getting a lawyer or an accountants to sort this stuff out for you (as previously mentioned by Sotos I think).

If your legit - and I must admit I'm beyond sceptical can I suggest you do the same as every other business person and approach the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Their website is http://www.ccci.org.cy/. They can give you details as to lawyers, accountants and other firms able to do this service for you.

Companies like PWC and KPMG and other accountants / consultancy firms have offices here.

Most of the big banks are represented on the island as well - try having a chat with your 'local' business manager / relationship manager at your bank in the UK as they should be able to assist with contacts over here.

I'm not prepared to give you contact details for people within the above companies but a quick google should give you the main contact numbers and emails.

Failing that, your sunk mate as nobody would or should give there details over without knowing exactly what they are doing. I think you may have recognised by now that this forum isn't the right place to ask.
