So let's get this right ~ you are looking for a point of contact in Cyprus to accept payments for a service provided by you.

I get the idea that the person will be responsible and financially accountable for the services you provide so if it all goes wrong that person will have to pay off all your creditors  .

This just screams scam at anybody with an iota of sense.

I'm sure that the company setting up your little business in Cyprus ( if it really exists) would have provided someone to accept payments but obviously wouldn't take the risk ~~ either that or it's a pure and simple case of identity fraud .

Apart from the actual financial aspect that named person you are seeking could also be responsible for the content of any site / on line service you provide.

You must think that the members of this forum are stupid

You will be asking us next to believe we have been selected at random via the internet and have won the top prize in the Nigerian state lottery.

Come on ~ you will have to try a little harder because it seems you haven't managed to convince anybody yet to fall for your little venture.

To quote one of your posts

skyscrpr wrote: yes, we incorporated in Cyprus. but at the same time we need the person who resides in the same country (Cyprus) and will be the principal of billing accnt we're seeking for that person thats why.

That statement would have me running for the hills straight away.

Nice try ~ you must try harder and make your scam more convincing next time or better still don't bother as it seems we are a little bit to bright to be conned by a amateur .

Bill ~~ four times winner of the Nigerian euro pean state lottery

The person is NOT responsible for anything. The Company registered in Cyprus is responsible for EVERYTHING because the accnt owner at billing is the company - not a person. this person is used in billing only for contact. Even more, i said 1000 time that we prepare an agreement between our company and the person where we state that the person is NOT responsible for anything!

the company in UK is really exists and they do their work. give em a call and they will explain everything to you.

This is not necessarily a scam. I know offshore companies who use Cypriots as directors and such. But the way to do such things is by using respected law firms in Cyprus. The law firm will set-up your company and will find you the people. But that has a COST. Our friend here went the cheep way. He hired some cheep company to set up his company and then he is trying to find a person in a cheep way again. When you go cheep then you have no creditability so how do you expect people to trust you? Even if what you do is not scam you still can't expect people to trust you when you show that you are totally non-professional. If you are not a scam then what you should do is simple. Come to Cyprus and go to a respectable law firm. Present them with your papers, tell them what you want, pay them, and they will arrange it for you.
