sure, lemme explain the situation:

We have incorporated in Cyprus using this online service: www.wsr-corporation.com We're going to sell different services via internet: web hosting, VPN, domain registrations, scripts etc.. we're creating our website right now and prepearing it to start.

to start accepting payments online, we need to register on billing companies' websites. they offer credit card processing: VISA and MasterCard. about 90% all online credit card transactions are from VISA cards. to accept VISA, we need company in VISA EU region and the person in the same country where we have a company who is the main contact person on billing's accnt and its principal - thats the VISA rules.

so, we have a company now in Cyprus and now we're seeking the person who is the resident of Cyprus. the company that helped us with the incorporation cant give us the Cyprus based person :=(

after registration on billing's website, the contact person must proof their EU residence by sending them the scan color copy of passport and drivers license - its one time action.

wsr-corporation - its not my website. its a company based in UK. this company offer different services, among them: company formations. we used them to setup a company in Cyprus. they can give us any person from UK, Beize, USA, but they cant give us Cyprus based person =((

there two VISA processing regions: VISA US and VISA EU. so, to accept VISA cards online, you need to be incorporated in US or EU or you need to live in us or eu. you can read all visa rules here: www.ccbilleu.com

If you ahve a Cypriot registered company it must have directors, accountants, lawyers, etc.?

Cyprus based company doesnt act in Cyprus. we dont sell goods/services in Cyprus and thats why theres no need to have an office or any other eployees. and more: this is offshore company. we wanted to make it onshore with Cyprus based derector, but WSR unable to give us Cyprus based director.

thats why we're seeking Cyprus based person.

If it sounds like a scam it probably is. I looked at the website and it still didn't make any sense to me. I live in UK and never heard of the company. Asking for peoples personal info online, just makes it sound even more dodgy. It also makes you look really stupid for asking in the first place. Are you sure you haven't been scammed?
