Cows in Cyprus do not eat green grass. Hence some tough steaks. However most beef is imported from Ireland, Argentina or that place that has mad cow desease. Some of the beef is frozen, some air chilled...

OK with the stuffing. Another use of stuffing is to mix it with sausage meat and roll it into little balls. Cook with your meat (liver if you must!) until crispy on the outside but softer on the inside. YUMMY!
