Do you think I should post every article to show what a lawless place RoC is?

From the above headlines I gather that the RoC is a modern country where crimes happen, as in most modern countries and that:

a) there is an independent authority which receives and investigtes complaints about police, as opposed to other countries (UK) where these complaints are processed by the police themselves

b) police officers who transgress the law are in fact prosecuted, as is happening now with those that assaluted the two students

c) drug dealers are effectively prosecuted

d) arson and insurance fraud is investigated

e) armed muggers are arrested on the day they committed the offence, showing that the RoC police are more effective than some other police forces who treat muggings as unimportant events and simply record them for statistical purposes (New York city as per cousin's experience and he was an accredited diplomat!).

In truly lawless places crimes are not recorded and not investigated. Now nes does not necessarily mean good news.

I do see the point - It's ever the TRNC fault or if not them the SBA's. but by God never the GC's fault.

Patrol the Border and stop the illegals coming as simple as that. Use Army if required. But make sure they areen't issued guns as we don't want any shoot.
