What is YOUR Cypriot vote worth?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

What is YOUR Cypriot vote worth?

What is YOUR Cypriot vote worth?

Based on the Turkish Cypriot 50% “power sharing” demand and…

Using simple Arithmetic…

Greek Cypriots… = 750,000 (50% vote)......0.586 votes p/person
Turkish Cypriots. = 130,000 (50% vote).....3.384 votes p/person
Total Cypriots….. = 880,000 (100% vote)

Calculations:

GC: 50% of 880,000 = 440,000 / 750,000 = 0.586 vote p/person

TC: 50% of 880,000 = 440,000 / 130,000 = 3.384 vote p/person

I invite Turkish Cypriots to explain why they feel they are worth FOUR times more than any Greek Cypriot!

NB: No dumb comparisons with EU membership thank you…

Seems to work for you in the EU mate....You are holding 80,000,000 Turks at bay with 600,000 GC votes...Did you do that math yet........I am afraid that I can't work with such low numbers that would come out of that equation..... 8)

The only justification that comes to my mind is that one or two of them do seem to come out with four times as much c--p as the average person.

1 man 1 vote is acceptable but the ability to say no to sensative issues is a red line for TCs.
