I had a very busy time go karting in three different tracks of Nicosia over the weekend (two in the north one in the south)...and this morning i had some business in south Nicosia so i went there early and just got back now....national holiday in ROC today,so everywhere is closed,fortunately i had previously arranged to meet the person i went to see...there was a pile up at the checkpoint so a word of warning to those who wish to do the trip from south to north today.

Big place Limassol central, never mind..trying to track down my friends from when I was a boy. Only one found so far, but he died in Turkey 1992...

I am glad mate that you are still in your shoes. Your karting CD will be ready. My son said CD's are already at CEMSA. But i will bring you , yours.Let me know when will be the next race . İs there any race at south , if there is , we must inform the cameraman that he can tape it for u.

you are wrong purdey .... via this forum i have met many GC's friends , still we are talking and sharing good things between us .even families are meeting too. just few of them not friendly .

Purdey,Limasol central is where the old city was...not far from the old harbour...not far from the castle..That's where central Limassol used to be.
My grandparents house shared a wall with Hagipavlou premises just outside the harbour.Our house was few hundred meters away in a side road between Ankara Str & Kopruluzade str.(across the road from Ay Antonios Church)
What area were you living and who were your friends? do you remember any names?
I have already helped some cypriot friends locate their TC neighbours/friends on this board...I would happily help you also if i can.
