Are you saying that the G/Cs do not FORM THE NUMERICAL majority of Cypriot inhabitants ? Are you suggesting that the figures of 80 % G/Cs 20% T/Cs are False .clarify please Im intriqued . May I also add that my personal views are that Cypriots are the majority >

The numerical difference between the TC and the GC community is in essence an analogy of Greece and Germany in the EU - with the main difference that it takes place at the community level. At least that is how the RoC constitution was setup - the constitution which the GC side initially accepted and eventually destroyed. This framework is completely different from a majority-minority relationship in a country. In fact, the RoC constitution specifically refers to Maronites, Armenians and etc. as minority groups.

Your leaders signed an agreement stating that they will honor these principles in front of the whole world. They lied, period.

Who the majority is in the TRNC is not of your concern, that is for TC to worry about, CG's should stop worrying about the internal affairs of a neighbouring nation and start worrying about issues south of the border.

Who the majority is in the TRNC is not of your concern, that is for TC to worry about, CG's should stop worrying about the internal affairs of a neighbouring nation and start worrying about issues south of the border.

Militiades - no need to loose your temper. I am simply stating what the RoC constituon embodies ( or embodied ) - a constitution agreed to by your democratically elected leader. This constitution recognized that the relationship between the TCs and the GCs are not that of a majority/minority in Cyprus.

Coming here from Greece, practicing the Greek religion, speaking the Greek language, listening to Greek songs, watching Greek TV, waving the Greek flag on your flag pole at each patrol station, educating your kids with textbooks from Greece, educating your officers in Greece, abiding by Greek foreign policy and in fact recently trying to join with Greece... Do tell me: how many "Cypriots" live in the South?
