Water cuts start in Pissouri this Thursday at 7am for 24 hours and then every Monday and Thursday thereafter.

Also, the price of water has changed…

1-30m³ €0.70 per m³
31-40 m³ €5 per m³
40+ m³ €10 per m³

I have just seen a notice accompanying my Limassol Water Board bill announcing new rates:

1-40 m³ €0.21
41-80 m³ €0.37
81-120 m³ €0.72
121m³ or more €4.14

This is what we need. I am sick of seeing selfish *******s waste water in front of my eyes when I am doing my utmost to economise. I especially like the €4.14. Hit them in the wallet, the only place they understand!

Won't make any difference they will just shrug their shoulders and pay it ~ after they have given the drive and patio a good early morning wash down of course

I take your point. On the other hand, if they are paying the market cost of importing water from Greece, then I have no problem with it.
