Water Cuts

Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

Then you need to get out with your camera. It may sound like soft soap to you, but good relationships with neighbours go a long way in Cyprus. With respect you will never understand the Cypriot way of life if you are looking to enforce every rule in the book.
Water shortages are there for all to see, but 20 minutes up the road no restrictions, same as last year, carry on watering, regardless.

You get out and do it Murf. Also tell the thousands of others to do the same. While your at it take on the swimming pool owners and the hotels. It strikes me, it is one rule for one and one rule for another. If you are short of water, I will PM you my house address, take what you want. Otherwise nob off.

I take my phone everywhere and have taken a few pics; trouble is I do not know who to send them to or whom to call! :?

As I have previously stated, I do not want to change the way of life in
Cyprus; merely preserve it and its' inhabitants! You cannot blame a girl for that!

You could start a trend and ask your neighbour not to wash the car!

He is not my neighbour, he is my fathers. Take your Photo's to the Police station in Limassol, if not your local council office will help you.
I am afraid I do not hold out much hope of you getting a result, there are to many people who take no notice.

That is the attitude I am talking about! It is up to you to start the ball rolling. Come on purdey, work on your dad and his neighbour!

I will talk to him tonight. I will also tell him there is an English woman taking photo's of people in Limassol wasting water.
Now there I have done my bit for water conservation in Cyprus.

You miss my point entirely. Me coming round and wasting water with you is not going to improve things. I don't want 'your' water, I want people to stop wasting 'our' water.
