GENERAL BUYUKANIT UNDERLINES THE NEED FOR ENSURING SECURITY

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Well bill even if they were all gonna leave they wouldn't by day 1. They would withdraw under a program with the rest of the armed forces in Cyprus. As for the number of them finally staying I would think a symbolic number would be left behind as in 1960.

Sorry umit - no greek army and no turkish army. Suggest you form a separate national guard of the northern community (if you don't already have one). You have, to a large extent, the advantage of the high ground of the northern mountain range which even Bo Beep and a flock of sheep could easily defend to stop the savage, non-believing hordes of the southern community coming to massacre you in your beds.

People just NEED to blame Turkey for something all the time, i wonder what they will do when we do have a solution and the army does retreat just like Buyukanit says.

Many sad losers here will have no more reason to live since all they do is blame everything on Turkey and forget their own doings, it takes 2 to tango and believe it or not many people are still more than thankful for that "piss operation" but of course you can just conveniently ignore those facts and continue talking one track minded shit as usual.

Its not surprising because otherwise it will mean that they will have to share the blame and accept the fact that they were also acting just as barbaric as the army they so vigorously despise, there is just no limit to the level of hypocrisy on this forum.

I personally trust Buyukanit more than i trust any other politician both in Turkey and in Cyprus, the man is a noble defender of Ataturks Turkey and its borders, unlike the claims of Turkey having the so called "expansion policy" which is the biggest load of bollocks ever told and it is only put forward for a diversion of the blame which some GC's choose to deny.

Keep it up fools, blame it all on Turkey, lets see where will your silly denial game will lead you and this island.

Luckily, we don't have to follow you anywhere anymore

We already got a National guard equivalent but it is probably to big anyway around 4000 men if I remember correctly. I don't think troops on the ground is a big problem for us but the guarantor thing is.

You are always welcome in Morphou to chew on some grass with the sheep

Ridiculous arrogance ...

Our time on this Island without your presence, was for thousands of years and it was greater and we prospered ... why would we need you?

Don't justify your absurd presence as fulfilling some charitable duty.

You are free to depart as soon as possible and leave us to suffer any misery ensuing from your absence.

I for one don't just blame Turkey, Shagaman old boy. Look back at that Island since the mid '50s. Haven't both mother-fxxxxxg motherlands done everything they could to screw Cy up ??? With the third member of the Unholy Trinity GB playing one against the other for her own benefit.

In the '50s and '60s both GR and TR supplied arms and help to that small number of fanatics that would do their bidding and did all they could to stir things. Then in '74 of course one mother-fxxxxg motherland tried to assassinate the elected Pres and stage a coup and a few days later the other mother-fxxxxg motherland annexes 1/3rd of the Island.

Some mothers eh mate ???
