The problem is not YouTube it is the speed of your Intermong connection.

If you start the YouTube video, then pause it you can build up a significant buffer (or all of it) before you press play again and watch it. If you had a faster connection you can stream the video faster than your PC can play it.

It amuses me that your child-like brain thinks it can tell us what we should watch and where yet you couldn’t even work out how to imbed a YouTube video or indeed understand how to watch it…
