How do you embed YouTube videos?

I am trying to post a link to an episode of 'Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares' that I have found up on YouTube.How do you manage to embed it in a posting here?

Can you please provide some instructions?

When you press the new post you will see on the top of your box some buttons for Bolt, Italic, Underline etc. The second from the right is the youtube button...you press that once you paste the link of the youtube page and press again....or you can easily copy and paste the link.... :D

Stick the link between the youtube tags
Like this (remove the stars)

Pubdog2,I figured that you had to cut & paste from the address bar.It was the embed tags at the right of the video that got me confused.
