No, TC's to receive education in their mother language

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

No, TC's to receive education in their mother language

The Greek Cypriot court looking into the case filed by the Cyprus Turkish Teachers’ Union KTOS against the Greek Cypriot Council of Ministers and Ministry of Education was finalized today.
The high administrative court rejected the KTOS case on the grounds that the case did not directly influence the interests of the plaintiff.

The Union had filed the case against the Greek Cypriot Administration to push forward for the right of Turkish Cypriot children living in Limassol to receive their education in their own native language.

Greek Cypriots Children's are having a education in their own native language in Northern Cyprus freely . books and their teachers are coming from Southern part of the Cyprus .

KTOS is going to take the case European human rights court.

Let's see if ECHR's laughs - I don't think they will some how.

They have a right under the 60 treaties which it would appear GC's don't wish to conform to.

Yes poor attempt of a diversion there as usual Phoenix, why don't you simply comment on the matter instead?

I knew hypocrisy was quite the trend down South but i never knew it was this obvious!

So whats wrong with TC kids learning to speak Turkish?

Are these the first steps of a thoroughly planned assimilation we are witnessing?

"Turkish Cypriot children living in Limassol" so suspect their parents are paying taxes in the South - Therefore should be allowed to be educated as per the treatiea signed.

But - not an issue as ECHR's will decide - just one more case showing EU what the GC's are like.
