If the Constitution is suspended , due to these Emergency conditions, and the only legitimately recognised government on the island is the RoC ... it means the RoC chooses what it carries out ....

The point is that you occupy 1/3rd of our country illegally and you violate the 1960 agreements. If you want to implement the 1960 agreements then you have to agree to implement them fully! Do you? No was it not the priest who wanted to change the agreements which was not allowed under them. Well documented by many that this was the facts.

So do I take it 1960 agreements in full are fully accepted by the GC's as under them they could not be changed.

With regard to Public Schools they are fee paying and the State should not have a say. The TC kids are in State run school are they not.

then (a) why does the RoC rule of law still apply; (b) how can RoC claim jurisdiction across the whole island; (c) how could RoC join the EU; (d) how do the arms of government in RoC still operate; etc etc. ? Looks strikingly like the continued operation of a constitutional order and not the operation of emergency rule.
