Hi

Yes, you get a white (A5 size) piece of paper to advise you have a package to collect, if it doesn't require a signature.

A green small slip - if the item is sent registered and requires a signature and some form of ID.

A double or triple coloured form (A4 size), if the item has to be collected from your main post office. Usually, you are also required to take your payment receipt with you too but, the forms are in Greek only - so unless you speak Greek you would not know this :-)

We buy quite often off eBay and the first time we had to collect a package from USA at Glastonas PO, we had to use their office computer to log into our eBay account to print off the payment details  This would never have happened in UK, they would have sent us back home and told us to come back with the correct paperwork :(
