Rubbish, I said only 3 weeks ago that the EU endorsed the Plan and all I got is that Baroso and Ferhaugen are not the EU. This you claim is solid answer. Let me make a prediction. If another Plan materialises, the EU again will endorse it, even with Cyprus in it.
