Summoned to appear before Sutton Magistrates Court today to answer a charge of "disorderly behaviour causing harrasment"
The case goes like this. On the 29th of September last year , a very cold day as I recall , a dog fouled the pavement directly outside our showroom. Rather than ask a member of the staff to clean up the mess , being the public spirited person that I'm , I filled a bucket of water , cold water and threw it with some force at the dog's poo . A bloody Traffic Warden happened to be standing right there giving some poor sod a ticket , so quite by accident he got soaking wet , he called the police I explained that I was merely clearing the "shit" from the pavement and the Officer incorrectly assumed that by "shit " I meant the dogs poo !!
The case is at 10 am this morning , I'm due to fly to Cyprus tomorrow , that's if a custodial sentence isn't given !!
