My mum seems to eat laxatives like they are going out of fashion and has done for as long as remember.......She was always telling me to take them as well and I always said no.......Being 16 and sitting on the toilet for a hour was not always because I was constipated   I took the advise of a doctor who said the best way is to do maths or a cross word whilst on the loo to take your mind off the task in hand. The only problem is that now, if I am given any math or see a crossword...I get a rumble in the tummy

I call it my SUDOKU room. Its where I keep my jumbo Sudoku book. The peacefulness in that room helps a lot. One puzzle per visit. Sometimes I get stuck and the wife asks if I too am suffering.

It removes all the nasties that collect over the years.

Ooh, please, pray tell us more. Does it take long? Is it painful? Is it expensive? Any recovery time needed? How is your first bowel movement? Follow up appointments? What nasties and over how many years??????

I understand that not everyone may want to read your answers as it is not exactly a pleasant subject so you can PM if you do not mind.

Cheers Purdey

If you are serious then DO NOT dismiss your problem. The human body is designed to have bowel motions not necessarily every day but regularly. Are you a female ?

Funnily enough just 24 hours later someone else's bowel motions have landed you in court!

I will do colonic irrigation for anyone who wants it, just as soon as the hose pipe ban is finished.

Just seen your post Bubbles. It is pain free,I can only describe it as a cleaning process. It flushes out things that a normal bowel movement misses.
Example, we empty rubbish into a dustbin, every now and then the bin is emptied. Some rubbish remains in the bin and goes off,so we clean out the bin.
Same thing, nasties are anything from food too excess bile.It last as long as you want, but I guarantee you will feel the difference.

Price in the UK £70. takes between 15 mins to 30 mins.
