If you are serious then DO NOT dismiss your problem. The human body is designed to have bowel motions not necessarily every day but regularly. Are you a female ?

Providing this is not a joke, you really must go and see a specialist as soon as you can. It may just be that you may be suffering from piles or IBS etc which in themselves are very painful but you may well have a blockage as you have suggested which will no doubt need attention.

In the mean time, keep up with a well balance diet with lots of roughage throughout the day.

Yes.It works very well and makes you feel like a new person.It is very popular in Germany and Austria.
It removes all the nasties that collect over the years.

If you come on a Cyprus forum to discuss your bowels, then you should expect people to take the piss out of you! There are plenty of medical forums on the internet where the OP can get a sensible answer.

I would personally suggest digging a latrine in your garden the getting all your mates to crap in it. Wait for all the flies to gather and then have a bbq right next to it. Remembering of course to never wash your hands. You will be shitting through the eye of a needle in no time.

Failing that, I recommend 10 packets of cool mints washed down with a few tins of Bachelor's Mushy Peas.

Hey Lena, just because I did not use any smileys does not mean it was not a tongue in cheek remark. Do you really believe someone with such a problem would air it on the forum or go and see a quack? :lol:
