.... it's not a pretty sight at the moment... I am demolishing my Chinese Take-Away from Latchi, whilst polishing off the complimentary bottle of wine, in my flannelette nightie (it's cold here tonight ) and my hair (too long not seen scissors) ... tied up in a bun ...

Zan ... definitely no animal products ... fried rice, mix veg stir fry with ginger sauce and spinach with garlic ....

Didn't really fancy a curry tonight but got outvoted.....Could have done with a nice plate of Fasulya and a nice Turkish Salad with plenty of the virgin olive oil on it my sister brought me from Cyprus....
