The Serious "Pitfall" of the UN Process!

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby Andros » Thu Mar 13, 2008 5:26 pm

All,

Come one - Keep it Civilized, Please!

I know certain parts of our history is very bloody and full of inter-conflicts and etc, but there's no need to bring on the foul language in a forum viewed internationally - not at least until we have a solution!

Touching on the solution aspect - unfortunately, your attitudes are exactly the reason why I believe we should all think twice about what solution would be best for all of us. You're not setting a good example for a unified Cyprus by the way.

Please - can we concentrate on the issue involving the "Pitfalls" of a UN Process, Like:

What do you believe will be the outcome if the present UN process FAILS, or what kind of realistic solution do you believe we may soon be voting for?

Thank you!

Kikapu as you know there are many versions and understanding of the ideology BBF, the UN brokered their version which was closer to ours than yours and for this reason you rejected it, we discussed the dangers of the version you yourself put forward. Its all about how much risk each side is willing to take and due to the lack of trust between the 2 sides that chasm is imo to wide to bridge. All this who ha about a solution by the end of 2008 will end like the AP or not even start I'm not very hopeful as both sides have reasons for making it fail.
