why 28%? And what will the veto be used for?

The Zurich agreement gave us 30% and I would like to give you back 2% as a good will gesture. The veto will be used as needed...Just like in the EU. We will refrain from holding at your heads like a loaded gun as you are doing it to Turkey and us!!!!!

The zurich agreement didn;'t give you a land zone though. Famous turkish trick....we pick and choose from zurich.
