Would you say that the reverse is also true and that some persons of a more mature age would envy the young of today?

Still got most of my hair. Would worry me to lose it though. A bit grey in places.

In my case my "dignified aura" as M puts it, if I have one, would come from the wear and tear around the eyes and my shortsightedness.

You lucky devil , shortsightedness and wear and tear round the eyes along with a few grey hair. Listen mate , I'm as white as snow , a bit thin at the top , blind as a bat and cant control certain physical tasks !!

What physical tasks M ??? Modern medicine might be able to help.
What about the more mundane bodily functions, are they under control?

Getting a bit personal now!

You seem well in control to me Miltiades!

Only when sober Niki!!

Is souvla particularly good at firing debate?

What factors would stifle debate, face to face ... or would seeing reactions heighten the excitement?

Personally , I have always enjoyed karaolous , boiled or BBQed .
Mental and physical stimulation , for me at least is a bowl of mountain Karaolous and a mountain bottle of ice cold Zivania !! At such occasions I feel very vulnerable and yet utterly unassailable !!

Up for the souvla - and a 'debate' :) :)

Milt, do not know what 'karaolous' is - unless I know it by another name   . Explain please. Thanks :)

No zivania for you when we meet up!!!!!!

Bubbles x 8)

Escargots my dear bubbles , dipped in an olive oil , lemon juice , black pepper and vinegar solution , guaranteed to reach the parts other solutions fail to do so !!
Instict informs me that our Oracle cant wait to get her hands on some of Mils specials !!!

Well your instincts are another bodily functioning that is failing you ....

I can't eat something that carries its home around :(

Gastropods are for the garden .....

Cant resist home creatures !! Lobsters , only the female ones , are adorable and very tasty too , used to get on well with Oysters too , the female ones , until a jealous lover gave me the runs !!
