At what point did Turkey tell the GCs who were fighting the coupists that it was there to assist them? .... or was it the 11 years of resentment it was out to "avenge" ?

It could not be both ....

Choose!

Did Turkey come to ally itself with the GCs fighting the coupists?

Or

Did Turkey come over to exterminate the GCs for 11 years of "resentment"?

Turkey came because they got the nod from the US. Had they not been stopped before they would have come earlier...coup or no coup. End of.

So the Turks spent the 11 years in laying the foundations for "resentment" to achieve their ultimate goal which was to take Cyprus ... so nothing to do with "salvation" for TCs then?

GENERAL YASAR BUYUKANIT WILL BE VISITING TRNC NEXT MONTH.
The visit was announced by General Buyukanit himself during a reception in Ankara last night.
