He is very needy by the sounds of things... If he does things for you and then gives you a guilt trip, stop accepting his gifts, make him realize he can not buy you and he does not own you. You are a person in your own right, and it is not healthy to be together 24/7. He probably does not mean to do it. I get like that some times, you have to stand your grounds to make him realize it is not right.
