And why are you assuming Oracle, that wine from the North is stolen or illegally aquired?

Explain to me whether each grape carries a certificate of authentication as to its source?

Are they clearly labelled "Pre-1974 TC-owned Chateau" or "Post 1974 - Ethnically-Cleansed Vintage" ....

You have no grounds whatsoever for saying that the vineyards where the grapes are grown and the cellars where the product is vinified and bottled are on anything but property that has not been in Turkish Cypriot hands from pre-1974 days. If that is your good CAB advice, keep me away from CABs. Libel is hardly good advice. Your only defence against such libel is to provide the proof that the wine is "stolen and illegally acquired goods".

I'm a scientist and publications, even on the Internet, of scientific data require reproducible proof if they are to be credible. You have zero proof for your assertions and are therefore not credible, in my light. So please provide the proof of your allegations and relieve yourself of the libel.

Your first assertion is wrong. You may THINK you do, but that is typical of your dishonest arrogance.

You assert in writing that the wine is "stolen or illegally acquired goods". That is not opinion (your opinion was on the sensitivity of the promotion, not on the provenance of the goods). It is therefore libellous unless you can prove your serious allegation.

And, as the world's CAB expert, I would have thought you would know enough about law to realise that your libel was, presumably, committed in the Republic of Cyprus, not in the North. If you were sued for it, then it would be judged initially in the court of the District where the offence was committed. However, as always, this just shows your crass ignorance to go along with your arrogance. So you can rest assured that the TRNC will not take you to court. May you sleep well!
