...sorry Zan to get your craw, but i am pointing out once again that all of this is nothing more than he said she said, and that the real issue below the surface is Basic Human Rights instead of National interest. Thus the arguments are all indefensible because it is not really about "Greeks" and "Turks" but rather what is good and what is evil.

...in essence your argument should revolve around how similar the extremism is, that it is not mutually exclusive to ethnic origin, and that it is not in favour of our betterment collectively as Humans.

You are the one person that I have no worries about arguing the details RW. We all know what happened and what must be done. My problem is with those that want to carry on the extremism and force me to react in an extremist way.......The EU and the UN have been working on this long enough to know that certain unique conditions are needed for Cyprus and they allowed for it in the extensive Annan Plan.....That plan does not suit the GC extremists so we have this forum filled with rubbish from them. I am hoping that they will be drowned out at some point but fear they will not....It will take a lot more from you to get me angry by the way......You have done nothing to say you are one of the extremists I talk about....

vp, i suggest that the evil is the desire for a mono clonal society which has as an aim to singularly defend this exclusivity.

it is not a question of forcing these two communities to live with each other. it is a question of their commitment as this island's dwellers to stand united for their own self representation as Individuals (and as Human beings), while as Persons they may choose to stand together in a majority, toward demonstrating their own tolerance for others, by accomadation and by their recognition of the minorities amongst them, providing for these needs, even if they desire for themselves a particular distinction.
