BBF - question for GCs only.

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

If the government knows what exactly "BBF" means, should they put it in a referendum among GCs first?

Yes. If people do not accept their version of "BBF" then they should change their plans accordingly.

No. There is no need because the goverment knows what the people want already.

No. If people don't like the result then they can simply reject it in the next referendum.

so you support 2 ethnically "majority clean" states? Or is that your definition of the term Bi-Zonal?

i am not sure if "majority" and "clean" are the same concepts.

i am not in favor of clean states,

and i am not really fond of the "majority" states, but

i dont see anything else possible.

and let me add something else..... i have the impression that many of those who are shout the loudest against "clean" states, are precisely those who wouldnt want to live next a tc

I read the B, but where is the V for "Veto"? Bicommunal means "two communities". The term doesn't say anything about veto.

ofcource.
it is called "effective participation".....

the problem is that in that famous sentence we chose to put the significance on "it does not mean equal numerical representation". we were sastisfied, and we never bothered to ask exactly what that "effective" meant.

well, apparently it means the big V.

thats how I understand it. and i believe that was your question: how each one understands it

You mean that is what it means for you.

But do you really think it is so clear that everybody that says that would agree to a BBF, also agrees for that?

I don't have a problem with how you understand BBF. I just question your statement that what BBF means is clear. I believe that if you ask 100 people you will get almost 100 different answers.
