The soup was my sticking point for ideas, and even with your recipes requiring 4 lemons, I would have to make about 40 quantities of soup to use them up ... and only 1 member of the household would be drinking it.

Great! This came to mind but I assumed I would need to squeeze each lemon individually (approx 150) so I decided against it.
But many thanks for the recipe Kafenes .... it looks really easy to make so I shall definitely be using some for lemonade.

... Yeah, hubby loves lemon curd .... any chance of a recipe that's tried and tested, otherwise I shall have to Google one, which may not be reliable.

Also, brilliant idea with the pot pouri ... Do I slice them and leave them in the sun or what?

The "solution" sounds OK for salad dressing, but your suggestion I drink 200ml makes me a little suspicious, especially as I know what you think of me .... good try!

I dipped into the book but never finished it for the same reasons you were not enamoured with it. I got up to the bit when he moved into the house he bought off the TC.
