Sounds like recently you are experiencing signal loss from your dish....Either the dish is out of alignment or there could be an obstruction in the feed horn attached to the LNB (usually an insect) degrading your signal.
When you check the signal level in the menu, the bar graph you see is for the default transponder (11778V) which is on Astra 2A and has nothing to do with the terrestrial channels you lost, which are on Astra 2D..
Keep in mind,SKY uses five different satellites to transmit the whole package.
Some of these satellites have very strong signal in Cyprus and some weaker (2D) the dish must be aligned in such a position to receive the maximum signal from 2D while not loosing the others.
The reason input two shows higher signal level is down to the fact that tuner #2 is slightly more sensitive than tuner #1...(these signal readings are NOT reliable at all) the only way of determining the signal level is to use a professional spectrum analyzer/signal meter to measure the BER (bit error rate)
Unless you have such a tool and you know what you are doing,i wouldn't advise you to try to tweak the dish, you will loose all...call a professional who knows his stuff.
